Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders go through our quality control process before shipping:

  • In-stock items: 1-2 business days processing
  • Custom orders: 3-15 business days depending on complexity
  • Rush orders: Available for an additional fee (contact us)

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time:

  • BoxNow: Our primary shipping partner for Greece & Cyprus
  • DHL Euro: For all European destinations outside Greece & Cyprus
  • DHL Worldwide: For international shipping to the rest of the world

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All shipments include tracking to ensure you can monitor your package's journey.

International Customers

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. These charges vary by country and are collected by the delivery carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before the parcel is shipped. For cancellations, please contact our customer service by phone or email.

Return Policy

You have the right to return all or some of the products in your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt:

  • Standard Returns: For orders within Greece, there is a return shipping charge of €3 and an additional €3 for sending a replacement.
  • International Returns: For orders from Cyprus and abroad, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products (jewelry, accessories, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective upon receipt or develop a defect within the first fourteen (14) days.
  • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a significant defect in quality.

In case of additional changes and returns, shipping costs are additionally charged to the customer.

Replacement Options

When returning products, you can request:

  • A replacement with another size
  • A replacement with another product (in case of defect)
  • A store credit (with no time limit for use) if you don't want to replace the product

Refund Process

Our refund process works as follows:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • For cash on delivery payments, refunds will be made to a bank account you specify.
  • The refunded amount includes the value of the product but not shipping costs or cash on delivery fees.
  • For returns within Greece, the order amount is refunded minus €6 in shipping costs (€3 each way).

Processing times vary depending on your bank and payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by phone or email.
  2. After consultation with our representative, arrange for package pickup by our partner courier service.
  3. Pack the product(s) in their original packaging or another secure package.
  4. Include the proof of purchase inside the package.
  5. For refunds, include your bank account details.
  6. Send the package to our designated address.

Important: Each product you wish to return must be in excellent condition, in its original packaging, contain its tags, the proof of purchase, and the order form.
