Custom Orders

We accept the following 3D file formats for custom printing:

  • STL - The most common 3D printing format
  • OBJ - For models with color or texture information
  • 3MF - A modern 3D manufacturing format
  • STEP/STP - For CAD models

If you have a different file format or only have 2D sketches/reference images, please still submit your request. Our design team can work with you to create a suitable 3D model for printing.

For best results, ensure your 3D models are watertight (no holes) and have appropriate wall thicknesses for the chosen material.

Yes, we offer comprehensive design services for clients who don't have 3D models. Our team of experienced designers can help you:

  • Create a 3D model from your sketches or descriptions
  • Improve existing models for better printability
  • Suggest design modifications based on material requirements
  • Provide consultation on design feasibility

Design services are priced based on complexity and time requirements. Please contact us with your project details for a custom quote for both design and printing services.

We cannot print copyrighted designs, characters, or objects without proper authorization from the copyright holder. This includes:

  • Branded products and logos
  • Characters from movies, games, or other media
  • Patented designs or mechanisms
  • Artwork owned by others

We respect intellectual property rights and only print original designs or those with proper licensing. If you're unsure about the copyright status of your design, please consult with a legal professional before submitting your order.

Orders & Shipping

We use the following shipping carriers for our deliveries:

  • BoxNow: For deliveries within Greece and Cyprus
  • DHL Euro: For all European destinations outside Greece and Cyprus
  • DHL Worldwide: For international shipping to the rest of the world

Our return policy for 3D printed items:

  • If the item arrives damaged or doesn't match the specifications in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For custom orders, we cannot accept returns unless there is a significant defect in the printing quality.
  • Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team for approval and instructions.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Tracking your order is simple:
